Refund Policy

You may return most new, unopened items with tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (You received wrong or defective items, etc.). If you don't want the goods or regret buying that, you need to pay the return shipping costs instead.

If your order has a problem, contact us by email or through the contact page. DO NOT ship back products without authorization through the return process. Return Procedures

To start a return, please complete the following steps:

4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
